Shipping policy

Order processing

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order leaves our facility. During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping options

Available delivery methods and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout based on your destination and order. Standard Shipping is $6.99, VIP Expedited Shipping is $12.98, and standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $79 or more before taxes and discounts.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email the tracking link to the address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show the first carrier scan. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for guidance.

International orders

For deliveries outside the United States, the carrier or customs authority may request duties, taxes, or additional information. Any customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing can extend delivery times.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us immediately at support@gkibms.com if an address needs to be corrected; we cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing. If a package is delayed, marked delivered, damaged, or returned to sender, please email us with your order number so we can review it with the carrier.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect arrival times.
